About this policy
This policy explains how All4One Local delivers its work and when money paid for it can be returned. It applies to the digital services we provide, including website development, mobile app development, CRM solutions and PPC management, along with custom software development.
Because our work is built to order for each client, it is not handled like a retail purchase. What you are buying is described in your proposal or statement of work, and this policy should be read together with that document and with our Terms & Conditions. If your proposal addresses delivery or refunds differently, the proposal controls for your project.
How our work is delivered
Everything we do is delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is nothing to mail and nothing to send back. When work falls short, the remedies are corrections and, where this policy allows, refunds.
What delivery looks like depends on the service:
Service | How it reaches you | Counts as delivered when |
Website development | A private preview link for review, then launch on your domain and hosting | The site is live or handed over, as your proposal describes |
Mobile app development | Test builds for review, then submission to the app stores | The app is submitted for store review or released, as your proposal describes |
CRM solutions | Access to your configured system, with data moved over and tools connected | The system is set up and available to your team as scoped |
PPC management | Campaigns launched in your ad accounts, with regular reporting | The campaigns are live and reporting has begun |
Custom software development | Test releases, then deployment or handover of the code and documentation | The software is deployed or handed over, as your proposal describes |
Delivery is complete once the work reaches the stage shown and matches the scope you approved. The review and acceptance step described below follows from there.
Timelines and delays
Your proposal sets out the schedule for your project. The dates in it are good-faith targets, and several things can move them: content, feedback or access arriving late, requested changes to the scope, and decisions made by outside platforms, such as an app store review or an ad approval.
If we see that a date is going to slip, we will tell you as soon as we can and explain what happens next. A delay on its own does not entitle you to a refund. A refund becomes possible when we are unable to deliver the work at all, as explained below.
Review and acceptance
When we deliver a milestone or finished work, you have a reasonable period, as set out in your proposal or statement of work, to test it and tell us in writing if it differs in any material way from the scope you approved. Please be specific about what you found, and include screenshots or steps to reproduce it where that helps.
We will correct genuine departures from the agreed scope within a reasonable time, at no extra charge. Once you approve the work, or the review period ends without a report from you, the work is treated as accepted. Requests for new features or different designs after approval are change requests, and those follow the process in our Terms & Conditions.
Payments and currency
Invoices are issued and payable in US dollars unless your proposal names another currency. Each invoice lists the amount, the due date and the payment methods we accept. Where a deposit is required, your proposal says how much and when.
Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not keep full card numbers on our website. If your bank or card issuer charges conversion or transfer fees, those are your responsibility.
When a refund is available
We return money for work we have not done or cannot stand behind. A refund is available in these situations:
- We cannot deliver. We are unable to begin or finish work you have paid for. You receive back the amount paid for the part not delivered.
- The work misses the agreed scope. You reported the problem within the review period, and we could not put it right after reasonable attempts. You receive back the amount paid for the affected deliverable.
- A billing mistake occurred. You were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for something you did not order. The mistaken amount is returned in full.
- You cancel before work starts. Money you prepaid for work that has not begun is returned, less any costs we have already committed to outside providers on your behalf.
Refunds are measured by the work that was not delivered, so a partial refund is common when part of a project was completed and accepted. If you would rather keep the engagement going, we are glad to discuss a credit toward other work or a revised plan instead.
What is not refundable
Because each project is built specifically for you, some payments cannot be returned once the work they cover has been done or committed. These are not refundable:
- Accepted work. Anything you approved, or that is treated as accepted when the review period closes.
- Time already given to your project. Deposits and prepayments, to the extent they cover work performed or team time set aside for you.
- Costs paid to others. Domain names, hosting, software licenses, app store fees, stock media and similar items bought for your project.
- Advertising spend. Money already paid to advertising platforms, which we cannot recover from them.
- Recurring fees for a period already under way. This includes PPC management and CRM support plans.
- Business results. Disappointment with traffic, leads, sales, rankings or downloads, because no particular outcome is promised in the first place.
- A change of mind. Work that matched the approved scope but that you later decide you no longer want.
How to request a refund
Please write to us as soon as you notice a problem. Issues are easier to fix and to resolve fairly while the work is still fresh, and any timing stated in your proposal applies.
- Send your request. Email Info@all4onelocal.com with your name, your company, the project or invoice concerned, what went wrong and what outcome you are asking for. Screenshots, dates or other supporting detail help.
- We review it. We compare your request with your proposal, our delivery records and this policy, and we may come back with questions.
- We give you our decision. You will receive our answer in writing, with the amount and the reasoning behind it.
- Approved refunds are paid back. The money returns to the payment method you originally used. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling a project or a recurring service
You can cancel by sending written notice to Info@all4onelocal.com. What follows depends on the kind of work.
One-time projects. You pay for the work completed up to the day you cancel, including work in progress, and for any third-party costs we cannot undo. Money you prepaid beyond that is returned under the rules above.
Recurring services. For ongoing work such as PPC management or a CRM support plan, give notice as our Terms & Conditions and your agreement require. The service keeps running, and is billed, until that notice period ends. Fees for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded.
We may also end an engagement in the situations our Terms & Conditions describe, such as unpaid invoices. In that case, any money owed back for work we did not deliver is handled as set out in this policy.
Billing questions and disputed charges
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse it. Most billing questions can be settled quickly with a short conversation, and a direct request lets us fix a genuine error without the delays that a formal card dispute can cause.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services and practices evolve. The current version is always the one on this page, marked with its “Last updated” date. A revision applies to new engagements from the date it is posted, and it does not alter the refund terms of a project you have already agreed to unless you agree to the change.
